The following are contest rules for the SDGolfTV.com Monthly Giveaway for visitors of SDGolfTV.com.  Each visitor may cast one vote per visit for the booster club of their choice.  Prize(s) will be awarded based on random selection at the end of the month.  Contest open to all qualified individuals of South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota and Nebraska. Standard SDGolfTV.com contest rules apply.  In the event any conflict exhists between the two sets of rules, these rules supercede.   No purchase necessary.  Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.  SDGolfTV.com reserves the right to cancel or suspend this, or any, contest at anytime at their sole discretion.  Rules may be changed or amended at anytime and become effective upon announcement.  All decisions by SDGolfTV.com regarding contest are final.
                                                                   

CONTEST RULES

SDGolfTV.com Monthly Giveaway

1.      Contest begins the first day of the month and ends on the last calendar day of the month.

2.      Terms and Conditions of Entry: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS APPLY. Prizes are non transferable and not negotiable. One winner per household of this contest is permitted for the duration of the contest unless otherwise notified. This contest is operated by Vision Video Inc of South Dakota, LLC ("Company"), d/b/a on SDGolfTV.com.

3.      Eligibility: Contest is open to South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa and Nebraska residents 18 years of age and older at time of entry. You must have a valid street address in the state of South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa or Nebraska (a P.O. Box address will not suffice). Employees or agents of the Company, Station, contest sponsors, other radio stations in the Sioux Falls, South Dakota area and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and parent companies and the immediate family members (i.e., spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, and siblings) of each and persons domiciled with such persons are not eligible to participate.

4.       Prizes & Odds: Approximate value of prize varies per monthly giveaway. One prize winner will be selected at random from all entries. Vision Video Inc. will make a reasonable attempt to notify winner by telephone and/or email. Voicemail messages will be deemed received. The winner will be contacted immediately following the drawing to be held on the first day of the following month.

5.      The odds of winning depend on the number of participants. Winner is responsible for paying all applicable local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes. IRS 1099 forms for all prizes won from Stations where the aggregate value of all prizes is $600 or more will be issued to contest winners. Winner must provide proper identification to claim prize.

6.       How to Enter/Contest Mechanics: Register to win on www.sdgolftv.com/contests,

Should prize winner choose not to accept prize package, prize is forfeited. Under no circumstances will any cash prize substitutions be offered. A random drawing will be held to determine contest winner immediately following end of contest. All entries are eligible for random drawing.  Contest is deemed complete upon acceptance of grand prize package during random drawing.

7.      Limitation on Liability: By entering, all entrants release the Company and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, officers, directors, agents, promotional partners and employees from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Contest and/or acceptance or use of the prize. Company is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries, including any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or errors of the U.S. Postal service. Company is not responsible for cheating or fraud by any entrants. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of operating as planned, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Company which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Company reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and award prizes among eligible entries received. Company is not responsible for any conflict arising from the rescheduling or cancellation of the event.

8.      By participating, winners grant permission for their name and city to be published on the SDGolfTV.com website.

Contest Disputes: SDGolfTV.com Management shall be the sole arbiters of the Contest and in the interpretation of Contest rules. Their decisions shall be final. Entry into the Contest constitutes agreement by contestants to abide by these rules, as well as any other rules established by Vision Video Inc. South Dakota, LLC reserves the right to change, alter, or modify these rules or to stop the Contest at any time with or without written notice.

SDGolfTV.com Generic Contest Rules As Of: July 25, 2008 

These are the rules governing all contests available on SDGolfTV.com website. In the following rules, “SDGolfTV.com” means Vision Video Inc. of South Dakota, LLC, which owns SDGolfTV.com: 

1. No purchase is necessary to enter any SDGolfTV contest. 
2. Some SDGolfTV.com contests will have specific rules that may amend these eligibility values, and these rules will be aired on SDGolfTV.com during said contest. Only one winner per household is permitted per contest. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named. 
4. As a winner of a SDGolfTV.com contest your voice, name and/or picture may be used for promotional, broadcast, or Internet purposes. 
5. Prizes awarded are not redeemable for cash. No prize is transferable. No substitution for a prize will be made at the request of winner. SDGolfTV.com reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value. 
6. All winners of all contests are responsible for all taxes on prize awarded. All winners of a prize valued at $600 or more will be required to complete the appropriate tax forms at the SDGolfTV.com offices prior to claiming prize. All winners will be sent a 1099 MISC federal tax form if in one calendar year the prize value of all prizes won exceeds $600. 
7. In the event the winner is subject to or the subject of any order or legal process issued by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the affairs of the winner (i.e. garnishment, child support order, judgment, lien, and the like), SDGolfTV.com delivery of the prize to the official representative of the governmental entity claiming a right to the prize shall be thus deemed as SDGolfTV.com awarding the prize to the winner. SDGolfTV.com shall be entitled to rely in good faith, upon any documents presented by the representative seeking to collect the prize in lieu of the winner. SDGolfTV.com shall not be liable for any claim by any winner for damages incidental thereto. 
8. All SDGolfTV.com contests are open to all eligible U.S. residents 18 or over (unless otherwise specified). Contestants must possess a valid form of identification bearing the picture of the contestant acceptable to SDGolfTV.com that will be presented to SDGolfTV.com and accepted before the prize is awarded. 
9. Winners will be expected to claim prize at the SDGolfTV.com office (unless otherwise noted), 401 E. 8th Street, Suite 120, Sioux Falls, SD between 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) within 30 days of being notified that they are winners, unless there is an expiration date on prize which will be specifically stated. 
10. Employees of SDGolfTV.com and Vision Video Inc. South Dakota, LLC, their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the SDGolfTV.com main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian. 
11. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Contest is void were prohibited. 
12. SDGolfTV.com reserves the right to disqualify any winner if any contest rules are violated in any way. 
13. SDGolfTV.com and Vision Video Inc. of South Dakota, LLC, assumes no liability for situations, repairs, or incidents arising from any aspect of any prize awarded in any contest. SDGolfTV.com and Vision Video Inc. of South Dakota, LLC, their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees, and immediate families of each absolve themselves and shall be held harmless from any action or liability arising from any contest or prize awarded in any contest. 
15. SDGolfTV.com reserves the right to amend the rules to any contest at any time. The judges decision is always final. 
17. SDGolfTV.com shall have no responsibility for failure to win or claim any prize based on difficulties with telephone, facsimile, email, or Internet difficulties, or any circumstances in any contest. 
18. The following are specifically related to E-contests promotions on sdgolftv.com: 
a. All appropriate information in required fields must be filled out or you will be 
disqualified. 
b. To win a prize you must reside within the listening area of SDGolfTV.com, as 
defined at the exclusive discretion of SDGolfTV.com management. 
c. Any problems with the Internet or email are not SDGolfTV.com’s responsibility.
